Am I over the top

So I get very bad anxiety (have therapy etc and it's well managed) but I'm still a worrier so I know how my two year old breaths when asleep. I can count it, always the same. (He had a bad bout of covid when about 8 months so I've always checked since) Anyway I thought the other night it was a bit fast but couldn't really tell so thought I'll Google what is meant to be apparently around 22-40 breaths per min. Well it's 18/19 breaths per min. Now this didn't seem slower than normal to me but now I'm questioning everything and wondering if it's too slow. He's fine in himself like absolutely fine. Eating drinking etc. is he just a deep little sleeper. I can't find a thing on line other than sleep apnea but he has none of symptoms! Am I over worrying?

Am I over worrying?

It sounds like it yes. You said that he doesn't have any of the signs of sleep apnea. If he's not showing any signs of illness like a temperature or going off his food then it might be that your anxiety is getting the better if you.

What techniques do you do when your anxiety is getting out of control?

Yes. Breathing rate is normally less when you’re asleep. Normal breathing rate is 20 to 30 so he is only slightly under.

The usual; therapy, cbt, meditation, distraction....
no temperature, not off food; drinking ok. Recently started dropping last nap so not sure if he's just in majorly deep sleeps. Was too tired to finish his milk tonight.
also checked his with pulse o meter ting on his finger and o2 and heart rate both totally normal.

I just struggle with is it intuition or anxiety.
