So i posted about this a week or so ago, my little one had a red spotty rash under his chin and we had our 8 week check at the drs on Monday the gp says it is eczema and to use sensitive bubble bath and use e45. I have been doing this keeping him clean and dry and using the cream. However the last 3 days it seems to be spreading down his tummy and feels rough and pimply to touch. It doesnt seems to be bothering him, he has no temp and is feeding well. I just wanted other mummas opinions please as i am wittling about it. The first picture was taken a week ago and the 2nd picture was taken today

Mine had similar - hv said it was baby acne, basically a flush out of all the hormones - it went as quick as it came within a couple of weeks

I would go back to the GP. My DS had patches of eczema when he was younger and we were prescribed steroid cream which cleared it up quickly. It didn’t look like your LO’s rash but I’m not sure if it can look different on different people. I was wondering if it could be an allergic reaction? Regardless, I’d definitely go back to the doctors

@QforCucumber bless your little one! That looks awful 😔 was it just on their face? What did you use to bath? Moisturise?
@Seasidesusy thank you, i will be taking him back to the gp Tuesday if it is no better.

It was across his torso, chest shoulders and upper back plus his face. Didn’t seem to bother him at all. Bathed him twice a week in just water and then an emmolient cream for after. Now he’s a nuisance 3 year old who’s not king since had chickenpox hah
