9.5 month old vomiting once a day - why?

My 9.5 month old DD seems to vomit once a day in the afternoon. It is always a small vomit - she doesn't cry and barely seems to notice she's done it. It's usually brown and has bits of food in it. It always happens mid afternoon. It's been happening for over a week.

She has CMPA and did have reflux, was weaned off omaprezole at 6 months. On 3 meals a day, 3 daytime bottles and one at night (Aptamil Pepti).

She is just getting over a cold and is quite snotty. Not coughing too much anymore though. She also can't crawl yet but spends a lot of time bouncing, rolling around on her front and rocking back and forth.

She doesn't have a temp and is happy and smiling during the day.

I'm planning to speak to the HV about this but does this ring any alarm bells? Should I be worried? Anxious FTM! I am thinking/ hoping it's just caused by the cold or maybe a bit of residual reflux?

Babies do spit up because they have weaker oesophageal valves I think before age one ish
It doesn't sound to alarming to me
