3 month old feeding schedule help?!

We have a 3 month old who feeds every 4 hours. She naturally wants to fall asleep for her bedtime sleep at around 7/7.30ish. However sometimes her feed falls an hour later than this. How do you work your last feed with your babies bedtime? Scared to bring her feed forward as she has silent reflux & don't want to over fill her. Especially 1 hour/1.30 earlier than normal.
Any advice appreciated!
First time Mum.

Feed on demand and ditch the schedule.
If bottle feeding - pace feed.

I’m a first time mum with a 3 month old too. My baby feeds every 3 hours. Baby wants to naturally fall asleep around 7 -7.30pm too. I bath baby every night at 6.45pm, dress for bed then feed them. Seems to work for us, regardless of what time their last feed was. Sometimes they may only drink a couple of ounces of the last feed before dropping off.
Baby usually wakes once during the night for a feed although have slept through last night till 6.30am this morning.
Hope this helps, no one has advised me on this feeding schedule it just seems to work for us :)
