Toddler is cold on forehead and kind of sweating in sleep ?!

Hey everyone kind of worried don't know if this is normal he was good temp today but all of a sudden his forehead is cold his feet are normal temp but he's kinda sweating I took his temp and it says 36.2-36.3

Maybe inside the house is hot but would he be cold on the forehead is his body trying to cool him down ?

His usual temps are 36.5-36.6

36.2 and 36.3 are both completely normal temperatures.

My ds is 19 months old and his head at night is sweaty along with his arms and neck!
Im a bit worried at this point as this is happening every night since May!
Hope it turns out to be nothing 🥹
