When did your baby start sleeping longer stretches?

My 9 week old sleeps 2 or 3 hour stretches at night and has done since she was born. Maybe the odd 4 hour stretch (but also the odd 1 hour stretch).

I don’t see why it isn’t getting better as she gets older… so just curious when everyone else felt it started to get better?!

16 weeks we had a big jump to a 6/7 hour stretch at a time, prior to that it was a couple of hours at a time.

She's now nearly 6 months old and does 9pm-anywhere between 6 and 7.30 quite reliably and has done for the past month.

My son was a better sleeper more quickly, he did midnight to 6 from early on until 7 months when he started doing 8-7.

They are all so different.

Mine was sleeping 12 hours at 8 weeks. Started with 5 hour stretches at 2 weeks and they stretched out from there.

I did sleep training on mine at 16 weeks and she started sleeping straight through from then with no issues. She is now just over 2 and did 7:45pm to 7:15am last night. Defo recommend!
