what should I do? He just sucked on the bottle, never sprayed any of it but there was some in the tip of what he was chewing

If it was only a miniscule amount in the spout then I wouldn't worry at all. Wipe his mouth and give him a drink and put the Milton out of reach

111 for advice, the safety sheet for this product says:

"Rinse mouth thoroughly. Do NOT induce vomiting. Seek medical attention."

Usually a number on the bottle to call. They can tell you if it is safe to drink water, milk, or something else to dilute and if medical assistance is required - symptoms to look out for etc.
