7 week old refusing evening feeds

Hi, my daughter is 7 weeks old. For a couple of weeks she was fussier at night feeds as my let down took longer at night for some reason but once it happened she would feed no bother I just kept trying to latch her every 5 mins until it started. It has gotten progressively worse the last 2/3 weeks to the point where the last 2 nights she’s refused to feed at night. It gets to a certain time at night she’ll latch on at first for a few mins after let down then stop & she’ll scream for hours(I keep trying to get her to latch on every so often) until she latches on again about 9/10 o’clock then goes to sleep & will feed find through the night. Night feeds & morning feeds are fine this happens from about 3/4pm onwards & I don’t know why. Health visitor coming tomorrow so I am going to ask her just asking here in the meantime. Also while I’m trying to calm her in between trying to feed her she will only stop crying holding her upright over my shoulder(she cries hysterically otherwise) I thought it she was just getting upset waiting on let down but it seems more than that now she’s refusing even after it happens. I’ve gave her some expressed milk through a syringe. She fell asleep on my shoulder for a bit, she’s just woke up & is now feeding again. I don’t know what happens at night & what can do any advice? Tried to include as much information as possible but any questions just ask
