Gifts for SC

OK so here we go.
My DH has a DD. We have 2 DS together.
Obviously our DS only get gift budget jointly from myself and DH.
SD gets seperate gifts from both my DH (and I) and her DM.

The budget we currently operate is we give her approximately half because her DM is providing her the other half. Our DS would only get what my DH and I give them. If we give SD the same as the boys, she is getting much more than they are.

Am I wrong? She never has her gifts alongside them because her DM has priority literally every Xmas. Can anyone not see the logic in this?

In my opinion. No you’re not wrong. Bet ex wife doesn’t think it’s right though.

I think this is different for every household. With my stepson we don't split costs with BM, so she does Santa at her house, we do Santa at ours. We usually host a birthday party, she usually does something with SS for the day. When it comes to budget, the kids are so different in age that we don't set exact amounts - baby stuff costs alot less than stepson 11s interests. It needs to be whatever works for your family.
