Graze on face - treatment?

My 18 month old fell on some steps outside and grazed his head. It didn’t seem bad at the time but two days on, it’s looking quite angry.

could this scar? Does anyone have any advice about how to treat it and prevent scarring?

so far I’ve used savlon and applied some Vaseline. I’m not sure if it should be covered or not

I use sudocrem on most grazes/scabs and I think it works.

Skin is generally perfectly capable to heal itself. I’d just leave it to it.
