We have our first tooth!

My 4 month old DD has been irritable, clingy and not having as much milk as usual the last week or so and we couldn't work out why. Teething crossed my mind but her cheeks haven't been red and she hasn't been as upset as I expected her to be when teething. However, this morning I noticed a little tooth is cutting through and I feel so dumb! I have attached a photo.
It looks like only one has cut through so far, do they generally cut at around the same time? Going off the photo how long would you say it'll be before they stop bothering her?

I've just given her some calpol and I'm going to freeze a clean flannel for her to chew on.

Any other suggestions/advice welcome ☺️

Mine got his first teeth at 6m so got the bottom 3 simultaneously- this might happen for you or might not! Once the tooth is fully through the gum it usually doesn’t cause pain, this took maybe 5 days or so for my little one from feeling the sharp bit to a visible tooth.

They usually come in pairs but not always. Mine had three bottom teeth all at once, but the 4th bottom tooth was over a month later.
