Is my baby too cold or too hot?

Hiya ladies, bet everyone's sick of my threads at the moment but it's ridiculously hot in my bedroom atm, 26°c it was up to yesterday evening.
My partner and I have turned our AC unit back on, we've set the number at 20, I have put my baby in a short sleeved vest & a 1 tog grobag, yet her arms and hands are cold & look mottled, yet when I feel her chest/neck she's warm? (I know mottling sometimes means baby is unwell but she's more than ok)
The room temp is now sitting at 20.8°c and tbh it does feel rather cool, it's on a setting where it's cooling the room & then turning off with a low fan and turns back on.
But I'm also completely worried as she had her MenB jab a week and a half ago, she never got a temp, but the docs stated a fever can occur up to 2 weeks after, I'm constantly checking her temp with an ear thermometer.

The question is, do I turn off the AC and let her sleep in just a nappy or change her into a long sleeved vest under her grobag? Any advice please, a worried sick mamma here..:

If it’s between 20-22 short sleeve should be fine.

If it’s 20 degrees in the room I personally would be using a long sleeved vest instead of short sleeved.

Hi @IRecogniseTheLocationInThePicture
I'll drop a picture below of my babies hands and arms, if so do you think this relatively normal even if babies warm?

If she's sleeping well I wouldn't worry, cold babies will wake up and make a fuss, and in a room temp of 20° she's not at risk of hypothermia. Maybe make sure that the fan isn't blowing directly on her.

Same. Long sleeve vest and 1 tog will be perfect in a room of 20.6 👌

Always better to be too cold than too hot for a baby
