Sleep needs for 19 month old

Hiya,
I'm tying myself up in knots. I know all kids are different but I just want a idea of what your kids are doing sleep wise at 19 months. All the online sleep sites say 10-12 hours a night and 2-3 hours of naps a day. My 19 month old sleeps 10.5 hours a night max and will sleep 2 hours at home on occasion but naps only an hour max at nursery.
Routine:
Wake between 5-6am (nothing I do changes this)
Nap 12 for 1-2 hours
Bedtime 7-7:30

What are you all experiencing please? She wakes a few times a night and cries out in sleep a lot and is restless from about 4am. She goes to sleep independently with pink noise in a sleep bag in cot. It's completely dark.

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Pretty similar to yours in terms of amount of sleep by the sounds of it! (20 month old)

Wake time: 6:30am - 7:15am

Nap time: 12/12:20pm - 1:30/2pm (will never nap more than 2 hours and at nursery will only nap for 45 minutes - 1 hour)

Up to bed at 7:20/7:30pm

Asleep time: 8pm - 8:20pm

Average nap time is 1 hour 30
Average bed time sleep is 10 hours 30 - 11 hours
