So DH’s parents bend over backwards to visit DH’s brother and his family making sure his son always receives birthday, Christmas, Easter ect presents on time for the occasion. DH’s brother rarely visits them. Despite all living about the same distant apart we visit DH’s parents every Monday with our children they’ve only ever been to our home twice in 6 year they never bring birthday or Christmas presents to us they always ring to say the kids presents are waiting for them next time we visit often meaning that they don’t receive there presents or card in time for the occasion. Am I wrong for not wanting to visit every Monday because of the lack of effort towards us?
