6.5 doesn’t respond

My 6.5 month old daughter doesn’t respond to her name or my voice, she makes eye contact smiles away but when I call her doesn’t look round. If I sing she looks around at me. She’s started crawling I don’t know if she’s just concentrating on that or wether I should be concerned

Just looked it up and apparently babies should recognise their name by 7-9 months so I wouldn't worry at all.

I remember when mine were this age commenting that my children knew less than the cat (who was an idiot, but at least sometimes recognised his name).
She is responding to your voice when you sing, plus the eye contact and smiles all sound completely normal.
