How to work on being anxious as a parent

So I get anxious in certain situations. We have an 18mo who is really ‘tantruming’ atm as he’s frustrated and can’t say loads (only certain words) so yeah he gets frustrated and kicks off and I get anxious in public.

He doesn’t do it too much in public but when he’s out running etc if I try to redirect him (I.E. we were in a museum and he tried to run into people haha!) he really gets angry etc

Just an example of something that probably makes us all anxious as parents. But I get stressed, I snap at my partner.

I do need to work on this because I bet my son is picking up on my stress and I don’t snap at his dad in front of him but maybe sometimes he hears or sees it

im completely in the wrong and need to work on it has anyone been like this what really helped you??
