Ford ranger and pram

Does anyone have a pick-up type car and a baby? Obviously the boot is a big (often dirty) compartment that I don’t want a pram sliding round in. Just wondering what people did with this set up!

Keep a giant dog bed in the back, then the pram (or anything else) doesn't slide to the back. Or get a separator, like a dog cage set up. You could use bungee cords to secure stuff too.
