She was like yesterday constantly licking the side of her face is that makes sense

It could just be a sore from constant licking but Id ask in the pharmacy what they think then maybe gp

Pharmacies can provide treatment for impetigo without a GP prescription in most cases. It's highly infectious OP so get it seen ASAP.
