Phil and Ted's sport puncture

Does anyone know if the slime that you can buy for bike tyres will do the same job in pushchair tyres?
I've had my phil and Ted's sport for about 6 months and have patched up a few punctures from thorns and things, and now I've bought new inner tubes. I was looking on line and theres a slime that cyclists put in their tyres which helps with punctures and I'm wondering if it will help.

You might get more knowledgeable answers in the cycling topic? Otherwise I've no idea. Bump for you

The Phil and teds tyres use inner tubes just like a bike so anything for a bike should work just the same.

you can also buy new inner tubes on eBay for the Phil and teds if yours are getting beyond mending?

Yes you can . My local bike shop did it for me

I’ve got an Out n About off road buggy with air filled tires that we had slimed on so I’m pretty sure the Phil & Ted will be the same.

We did this - many years ago now - my kids are 15 and 13
