Losing my mind- Toddler

So 20 month old DS has always been somewhat more challenging than my daughter was at the same age, but I put that down to severe PND on my part.

He slept through from about 8 weeks but then stopped at about 8 months, and since then I would say he’s slept through maybe 10-15 times? He always (always has) fought naps and bedtime. We had support from specialist health visitor who taught us a method that works with every baby within a week- essentially crying it out but in stages. Well he would scream the entire house down and if left for more than a minute would make himself sick.
Day to day he can be so funny, lovely and bright but more often than not whines a lot, destroys things (books, toys)

I do know he’s so so young and a lot, if not all of this sounds normal for an energetic toddler, but we’re getting bloody exhausted. He takes so much attention that my DD is getting MUCH less time with us, we both work, we barely get time together and I feel like all I do is get whinged at, go to work, come home, get whinged at and juggle everything while DS destroys things or attaches himself to my leg yelling, then take a few hours to get him to sleep then go to bed myself.

please help 😭

To add- we also get scratched, grabbed and toys wacked at us constantly too. If he pulls my hair once more I will cry.
