School uniform

I usually buy Asda’s plus fit trousers for my eldest son as he has a bit of a Beyoncé bum going on. However, the reviews this year say they are running neat. Can anyone recommend an alternative brand for plus fit?

Also- girls jackets- looking for a nice lightweight Mac style jacket for my 5 year old as our schools return in august and it will still be warmer. Looking for a jacket for the rainier days. Where are you all buying your daughters school jackets from?

Hi, we have got trousers from
Sturdy Kids (online) before. The ones we got were properly roomy / adjustable and have lasted well.

They stock different makes but some of the sizes work differently to the high street so check what you need carefully or it may be worth ordering a couple of sizes just in case.

I’ve got one with a peachy backside too! Fills out trousers from behind. Even the girls at his school have commented on it. I’d be interested to know if you find anything that works.

Same my child finds them comfortable but he does not find his tie very comfortable and would like that to feel comfortable too and not feel as if he is being strangled have you got any advice on this

@Profila1 every school will be different. Not all schools have ties.

Yes but my child goes to a school where he has to wear a proper tie and he finds that it irritates him the whole day and when he comes to me at the end of the day because he can’t loosen his tie he said to me ‘mummy please can you loosen my tie’ so I took off his tie and undone his top button.

same my child hates putting his uniform on in the morning as the tie strangles him and as I had formal wear I put on my formal wear with his tie and I can see what he is saying it strangles you. There needs to be comfier uniform not stuff you feel like your being strangled in
