Increasing supply with just breastfeeding?

Is it possible to increase my supply with just breastfeeding and no pumping? If I let baby feed before she has her formula will this increase it or is there no way without also pumping?
For background baby is 5 weeks, was EBF until day 16 and then we went to FF with as much breastmilk as I could express for her, which since has been 3oz per day. She had her 2nd tongue tie cut 2 days ago and does seem to be latching better. I would love to get her back to some kind of breastfeeding but I cannot find the time to pump 8-10 times per day.

Agreed it was awful!

DS had gained 60g today in 48 hours! The only formula he had had is 1.5oz in the evening yesterday. I got a bit of an upset changing him and seeing him so thin I just wanted to know for peace of mind that he had a good feed to try and relax to pump (he was only 5lb 6oz today) he did go down to 5lb 2oz from his birth weight of 5lb 13oz). He is 20 days old today but was same age as your DD when we seriously considered FF and 18 days old when he had tongue tie done

My supply still isn’t great but better than it was.
; I do the following….

Breastfeed every feed apart from one afternoon bottle a day. Use a Haakka let down cup during feeding (I use this to top up each breasted. It’s barely half an oz but I still give it in a small cup). Pump immediately after feeding the second he is off the boob to signal for more milk to be made. It seems to be working so far, slowly but surely. If he has gained weight again in 48 hours I’ll continue this but if not I’ll up the FF to 2 bottles a day until supply increases I think x
