Baby won't take a bottle

I'm back at work, doing shifts and breastfeeding my 11 month old. I express breast milk for her to have when I'm at work, but she will not take the bottle. My OH has tried sippy cup, different cup with straw and the bottles and she screams at him.

One shift she drank 20m milk the whole time I was away, another she managed 40ml but then refused the later bottle.

I'm worried about dehydration and how this is going to cause her to refuse even more each time. She increases her feeds from me when I'm back, including whole overnight sessions it feels, but then I have to some times get up early the next day which is pretty exhausting.

Tonight I've come home after she's probably had about 50ml for the shift I've been gone (so 9.5 hours since her last feed off me) and she didn't wake up when passed to me (was asleep in a sling) and I've popped her down and she's stayed asleep and I'll feed when she wakes but I don't want her to keep getting in a cycle of not feeding so much as I don't want her to get ill.

Anyone had similar?

Feel your pain. My lo will not take the bottle or formula or expressed milk in a bottle.
I’ve been told the only way it works is if you go away for a night or two so baby has no choice.
I can’t do it myself, seems cruel.

so I’m just sending you love x
