4 week old preferring bottle to breast - fixable?

Have a 4 weeks old who has been getting formula top ups for 3 weeks due to initial weight loss. Has had tongue tie cut but latch still not right, saw a lactation consultants and she said just keep encouraging correct latch which wasn't that helpful!

Baby now clearly prefers bottle to breast and will a few times a day scream and refuse the nipple and only settle once given the bottle of formula.
I really don't want to pump exclusively as it's so hard to work it around family life as it is and I don't manage to every day.

My supply seems to be dropping and I don't know how to fix all this mess. I tried going to bed with baby for skin to skin for a day but it didn't help.

I don't mind the formula but would like to keep directly breastfeeding for as long as I can too, but I don't think he wants the breast any more Sad he just can't get the same amount of milk as it takes ages to get going.

Is there a way I can fix this? Or do I just have to accept his choice?

I think you'd need to try exclusive bf for a few days.

I always gave my breast first and the formula last. Try and be relaxed as possible. My out put probably remained the same, so when we weaned I was able to ditch formula and just do food and breast milk. Good luck.
