Book recommendations for ds9 about emotions and puberty

Hi I'm looking for recommendations on any books to help my 9 year old son. He's 9 and has always been sensitive, absolutely nothing wrong with that he gets it from me. But now his hormones have kicked in he's really struggling emotionally. I wondered if anyone had any book recommendations for boys for puberty that also talk about the moods really well. Or even separate books one for puberty and one for managing emotions/resilience? I think as a girl I grew up like this and it is sort of seen as more acceptable. And as a boy he's judged more harshly by some as he "shouldn't get upset or boys don't cry" so I'd like something to help him see that it's absolutely fine to feel how he's feeling but also how he can manage it a little so he feels more in control or even just understands why it's happening more fully.

Thank you

Also got another one will have a look shortly- but it was quite grown up about sex and he was intimidated by it all at 11 (ok so was I when he asked me follow up questions on some of the stuff in it 😳😬)

The boys' guide to growing up by Philip Wilkinson

My 9 yo has just read this and really enjoyed it. Found there was a bit of good humour in there too.

Some of the books look for a slightly older age eg the Usborne one. The Philip Wilkinson book is colourful/with pictures and perfect for a 9 yo.
