Anxiety with illness

Probably really common I know. I have a three year old and 6 yo no health conditions but I have huge anxiety when they say things like "my tummy's hurting". It can change my mood instantly & it doesn't feel good. Even if they're just happily playing, it affects me so much. I don't have anxiety usually apart from these situations. So today for example, 3 yo has been fine & all of a sudden rubs his tummy & says it hurts. I give him a snack, he said it again whilst eating. He's been running around like a loony nothings up with him but my anxiety is so high. I'm not going to be able to relax tonight, I'm watching him for signs that he's gonna be sick, I feel nervous and a bit shaky and a bit sick myself (although im not if that makes sense) Deep down I know he's probably ok but since he's said it I feel so down and worried & im just waiting for something to happen & wondering what's wrong with him. Is this really normal? And also, is he gonna come down with some bug?
