Breakfast might be something like toast and peanut butter, toast and banana, weetabix and banana, Greek yoghurt and fruit, crumpet, scrambled eggs.
Snacks stuff like apple slices with nut butter, oatcakes with cream cheese, veg sticks and hummus, a piece of fruit, corn or rice cakes.
Lunch, sandwich with veg sticks, tomato pasta, sometimes I batch cook cheese and sweetcorn muffins so I'll defrost one of those
Dinner, whatever we were having, so usual stuff like spag bol, curry and rice, chilli, chicken and potatoes, lasagne, tuna pasta.
