Should I take DS to the GP

DS is 19 months. He's a placid and happy boy and has slept well since around 7/8 months, which means he's slept from around 7:30pm-6:30am most nights. In the past week he's been waking up somewhere between 5:30-6:30 but by 7:30 he's beside himself and is tired, closing his eyes and ends up back in bed for a sleep. I wake him up after an hour as I have to take his brother to school. He also has a nap after lunch. He's not hungry after his first morning wake up.

Basically do you think this worrying or just a phase? I do feel like I could be over reacting but also as he can't tell me the issue I also worry he could have a headache or something and can't communicate that to me!

I don't think that sounds worrying
He just sounds tired after waking earlier to me
