my little one is just over 8 months and is just cutting 3 tip teeth all at once 😢 whilst teething his reflux has to to be really bad. Has anyone else found reflux flared up during teething and has anyone got any advise on how to manage it? He is on carobel with all his bottles and having 2 meals a day (breakfast and tea)

Are you giving any pain relief for the teething @Kp1122? Is there any chance that could be making their symptoms worse?

My DD’s reflux flared up really bad when teething. I found that giving nurofen for teething add her reflux 10 times worse.

I’ve been giving him Aston and partons teething powders and nurofen if I can see he’s really in pain with them. @ForeverTired89 did you find any pain relief that didn’t make her reflux worse?

Could you swap the Ibruprofen for paracetamol and see if that helps?

@Kp1122 Calpol was the only thing I could use for her. Anbesol liquid (not the gel) is also really good.

Thank you both so much. I will use calpol and see if it improves xx
