Changed back to Aptamil 1

Hello,

My ds was on aptamil comfort for 6 weeks and had green pops but the farts were foul and caused him so much pain I changed him back to normal aptamil 1.

Now 5 days into the change he has diarrhoea and is going every 4 hours. I was told to switch over completely as the are the same brand, and to expect some discomfort. But how long does the diarrhoea last?

Any idea?

Do you think he might have CMPA? Do any of his symptoms sound like these?
