Child benefit question if anyone would know!
I understand that people here on an FLR(M) with a BRP are not eligible to claim child benefit. We are not eligible either way due to income, but can the person with the BRP apply for the associated NI credits and not claim the money? Or would this still be counted as ‘public funds’
