How often do you communicate with your coparent?
I'm coparenting with my abusive ex, which makes things a bit tough for me. He sees our son a few days out the week. On the days he doesn't see him, he wants constant updates and pictures. Most days I text him whatever he wants to know and send all the pictures. But some days, I don't want to talk to him at all, as he still has manipulative tendencies and I'm doing majority of the load.
How often do I actually have to update and talk to him?
