Is there an app that blurs faces?

Does anyone know if an app that will automatically blur moving faces in a video please?
I have a very special video of our child receiving an award that I want to share but it has other children in the video. Is there an app where I can glue out the other faces please?

Most phones photo function will have edit buttons where you can blur

Alternatively scribble or put emojis over faces

I normally do that in a photo but it's hard on a moving video 😕
