My eldest son is 3 and recently caught chickenpox at preschool...a few days after his spots came out my 8mo had a temperature and started getting a few really tiny spots like in the photo. This has continued for the last few days but they seem to just come and go rather than blistering and scabbing like typical chickenpox spots. Has anyone else experienced this in little ones? I'd just like to know if my kids have or haven't had it!
