Worried.. is this baby acne?

DD is 22 days old. Does this look like baby acne? There's some on her neck and forehead too but none on the rest of her.

Yes it does, will go away in a few weeks. My son had loads, just in time for the passport picture he will have til he's five.

Yes my baby had loads too. You can put breast milk on it if breastfeeding I think it helps sooth it or Aveeno. It won’t harm her though and i think it’s cute
