My daughter was sick last night, I know it was from a bug because my son was sick on Monday. The thing I'm worried about is she was sick in my room and I had my fan on so could smell it now I'm worried I've inhaled and swallowed some particles from the sick 😭

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Sickness bugs don't travel in the air as easily as respiratory illnesses. I am emetaphobic too and have avoided the kids bugs even when I've had to do clean-up. I'm not sure this is the answer but my GP prescribed me anti-emetics when I had a bug (not caught from the kids) when I phoned in a panic. I now feel better having them in the medicine cabinet for when I feel nauseated. I only take them once every few months and I do only take them if I feel very sick as they make me lethargic for hours after.
