Side effects from 12 month vaccinations?

How were your DC after their 12 month vaccinations? If they had side effects how long did it take them to be back to normal? We have ours on Fri and then DD is at nursery from Mon-Wed next week and just wondering if she will be OK for nursery? It’s also basically her first week at nursery apart from one whole day and some shorter sessions this week so worried that it might be a bit much for her. On the other hand I want to get her protected by the jabs ASAP and also want her to have the chicken pox one before she gets it in nursery so need to get the NHS done.

My little boy was quite poorly after his 1 years injections he had a fever and kept catching things for around a month took him a while to get over

My daughter didn't have any side effects, I did give her Calpol after just the one dose though, apart from sore/bruised legs and the day after she wasn't wanting to stand or walk. Actually I think I have Calpol then again as she was in pain with her legs

You just don’t know how they’ll be. Some are fine, some are really unwell for a long time. You’ll just have to wait and see

Yeah mine was fine after - maybe slightly poorly for a day or so. But brace yourself... First few months of nursery there's nothing but bugs and illnesses!

As the PP said all children react differently.

My son was quite poorly - even had the rash but this was about 5 - 7 days after the injections
