Teething rash?

Hey guys. 8 month old DS is currently teething and he’s developed a rash on his cheeks, upper lip and chin. What can I apply to the rash that will help it to go away? Can I put sudocrem on it? I wasn’t sure if I can apply sudocrem on his face?

Anyone??

I've applied sudocrem on my Dd's face for teething rash and it's been OK. Most recently I used Child's Farm nappy cream on her face and this worked a treat.
