Multi vitamins

I need to try get some vitamins into my DS 4 - he has a very very limited diet and the only thing I'm confident he's getting enough of is calcium due to the sheer amount of yoghurts and cheese he eats. Everything else I know he isn't getting enough of, he is extremely skinny. I'm not sure how much he weighs, we have a respiratory appointment in a few weeks where they will weigh him.

He won't eat the gummy type ones at all. The liquid ones, do they just go in water? He has all his fluids thickened due to an unsafe swallow so I would have make sure that whatever I put in his water is safe to be thickened.

I use these and mix them in their food. Mine has asd and this is the only thing I've found they can't detect.

@OwlRightThen thank you! These look great.

Do they sprinkle into yoghurts? I think that's the only thing I'd get away with putting them, everything else is solid as he doesn't do sauces
