Tommee Tippee Bottles

I've had nothing but problems with my daughters Tommee Tippee bottles the numbers are coming off and im trying to get help from Tommee Tippee and they want the batch number. Does anyone know how I can find this?

I have but they haven't replied and I want them to have all the information so I don't have to keep waiting.
