Is this head shape normal?

DS is 6 months. The last couple of weeks I've noticed his head shape changing, and he has these dips above his forehead.

Does anyone know of this is normal or should I see GP?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I'm no medical expert but does look a bit strange, could be nothing but probably best to get it checked by your GP or HV

Thanks,

Got speaking to GP yesterday and she asked for a photo. Sent one through but haven't heard back so will follow up on Monday :)

She said babies head can be all sorts and then we just forget when their hair grows in lol but better to be checked. Had a concerns with DS so think I'm a bit hyper vigilant in noticing every wee thing

Hi @Boogiewoogieanddance please may I ask if your GP replied to this in the end and how your DS is now? Thank you.

Hiya,

Yes, i brought him in and she had no concerns. Said heads are all different shapes and we don't always notice because of hair. Wouldn't even say his head a weird shape now... just has a generous forehead lol

He's 100% and developing great xx
