DDs Nursery key worker has agreed to babysit for us while we go to an event. We've never had a babysitter before, would usually ask family but they'll all be at said event!
We haven't discussed rate yet and I have no idea where to aim it - what do you pay hourly for babysitting? This will be day time, so proper childcare (so not sitting on the sofa watching TV while she sleeps) DD is just 2.
Does £15/hour (five hours) sounds reasonable?
