I think my 3 week old might have a lip tie. I didn’t even know this was a thing until I came across it when searching google this morning. I suspected a tongue tie as she clicks a lot when feeding (she is bottle fed), she takes in a lot of air when feeding and also gets little white blisters on her lips, but the health visitor couldn’t see one last week. I can’t find much re lip ties and what “normal” vs lip tie looks like. Does anyone have any experience of lip ties with their babies and can tell if this looks like what it could be? I’ve hopefully attached a photo! We have a GP appointment on Friday so I will be asking about it then.
