Suggestions for an easy fold, compact stroller?

Preferably all terrain or at least be able to handle cobble and grass but I'd prefer something that can handle flat forest paths.

I did want something lightweight but I think it's generally a toss up between all terrain and lightweight but please share what it's like folding and lifting it.

Baby jogger city mini, I had the twin but it's a single hand fold, folds flat, huge sunshade, big seats that low flat. Perfectly robust for all terrain.
