Confusing symptoms. Help!

New to this site. I'm 3 days late for AF. Nausea, sore nipples, pelvis pulling, cramps, lower back pain, aversions to certain smells. 4 negative tests. Is this latest test positive??

So a blood test from last week came back negative, I still feel pregnant and now I'm 6 days late for AF. It's so frustrating! Any advice?
