Nap experts- Shall I wake her up? When?

had a really busy few days and returned from a weekend away this morning. 1 year old catnapped for 30 minutes on the train at about 11am so was exhausted by 3pm. Put her down, expecting her to wake up at 4ish. No issues with her having a later bedtime here, so all fine.

she’s still asleep, and proper deep sleep. I’ve turned her noise machine off, have been clattering around upstairs. Went in to gently rouse her- but she’s still fast asleep.

shall I just consider this the night time sleep now and shepherd her back to her cot when she wakes up for the next feed? Or should I make an effort to wake her for some supper shortly and keep up for a few hours?

poor little lamb, I feel awful waking her but don’t know what to do!

Definitely get her up.

I'd open the curtains so there is light in her room and make some noise and see what happens. If she wakes naturally, great, but if she's in such a deep sleep that you can't easily rouse her I'd let her sleep until, say, 2 hours before her usual bedtime.
