Having problems with my 4 year old sons behaviour

I don't know what to do anymore with my son's behaviour. He's not listening at all he doesn't takes us seriously not even a little bit he only listens if i shout. He's constantly hitting his dad and his little brother without even a reason just he's in the way. Sitting on top of him laughing while he screams under him. I can not reason with him because he's not listening or he covers his ears so he wouldn't hear me talking. Not playing with toys just making a mess all the time or destroying stuff. He's weirdly friendly with strangers and stranger kids his really gentle. I dont know how to deal with him or how to make him happy anymore. Please help because im gonna go crazy.

How is he behaving at school or Nursery @Niki022?

He's behaving fine at nursery. There are some incidents where he's hitting the other kids but not like his brother.

Ok so if he's behaving like this at home and there are concerns at school with hitting I would ask for a meeting with his Teacher and the School SENCO and ask them to observe him and see what they think.

I'd also do this speech and language progress checker as sometimes stress can come from frustration caused by difficulties with communication.

If it says "you've answered no to some important questions", I would get in touch with your HV and ask fir a referral for a hearing test and to SLT.

I'd also ask the HV to do the Ages & Stages Assessment for 48 months. You can fill it in and take it to the appointment with you.
