Books about worries

My daughter 3 years 4 months has been going through a very anxious phase for the past month or so.
She has asked about dying and i didnt really know how to respond, she has a lot of new fears- bees, snails, loud noises, men in public, the dark, the list goes on. Anyway I was wondering if anyone had any good book recommendations for this kind of thing? And any good ways to help her calm down when she get really worked up over things. Feel so bad for her.

The drama llama would be age appropriate and quite ‘funny’

Not a book but I got my daughter a 'worry monster' - you can write down their worries and zip it into his mouth and he gobbles them away while she sleeps! Sounds a bit weird but could be worth a go?

Rachel rooney has written 3 brilliant books perfect for that age- the problem with problems, the worrying worries and the fears you fear.

I don't know if she's a member of your local library but if not it might be a good idea to take her along, let her choose a few books and see if they have any of these titles Wink
