2 month old fusses, cries, arches back whilst feeding

2 month old DS fusses, kicks, punches, cries and arched his back during feeding. Teat 1 too slow so we’re using teat 2. He doesn’t spit any out, maybe some every so often. Seems to be fine for 2oz and then the fussing begins. We burp him every ounce.
GP has tried DS on medication incase its silent reflux but I am seeing no difference
Does anyone know what else this could be?

Allergy ?

Silent reflux. It's hideous.

Might need different meds.

It is awful and the gp does think it could be silent reflux. We’ve tried gaviscon and thickener but they don’t seem to help at all

Does sound like silent reflux, have you tried different bottles or checked for tongue tie?
