my baby has come out in a little rash, should I be worried? He has got a bit of a cough and cold but is fine in himself.

It's difficult to see in the photos, but it looks like a heat rash.

my little one is just over 8 months and is just cutting 3 tip teeth all at once 😢 whilst teething his reflux has to to be really bad. Has anyone else found reflux flared up during teething and has anyone got any advise on how to manage it? He is on carobel with all his bottles and having 2 meals a day (breakfast and tea)
